doesn't fit!!!

So I finished the first sock earlier in the month (and now am working everyday a lot at the whole foods, so I haven't had much time!) and it doesn't fit!!! My best friend tried it on, her roomate, everyone tried it on and it doesn't fit!!!!!

This happened to me with the very first sock I made. I'm making the jaywalkers, but in the biggest size EVER! and it fits perfectly! Do I have gigantic feet? or am I knitting tooooo tightly for socks? I know I'm a tight knitter, but I'm not that tight!

I've never made a sock pattern bigger, but how many stitches would I add if I wanted to make a 6th and 7th round? 6 to each side? I'd really like to make this pattern work for me! I really like it!
